This 40-hour KLEC basic crisis negotiations course is designed for sworn law enforcement negotiators, team leaders, and related personnel. Based on National Council of Negotiation Associations principles, it provides a comprehensive foundation that will prepare students to work as part of a coordinated negotiation team to handle a variety of crisis situations
